How do we work?
We work remotely from our offices, so it doesn't matter where are you located, we can work with you. We keep in touch with our customers by email, IM or phone. Also our customers have access to a work tracking system, where they can see the status of their projects, and can contact our team at any time. Our standard response time for customers is 3 hours.
How can I keep track of the status of my project?
All our customers have access to a work tracking system where they can see the status of their projects, and also the tasks remaining as well as developers doubts. Besides, we provide weekly status reports for all projects.
Do you provide any guarantee for projects done?
All projects have one month guarantee for free. This guarantee can be extended either making a payment or due to the project size. Usually we provide one year full guarantee for big projects.
What if I don't like the work done, or I regret doing my project?
If you don't like the work done, or regret doing the project with us, you wont have to pay the 70% of your project budget.
How do we charge customers?
For all our projects, we request a 30% cash advance from our customers. Once the project is completed, we show a demo version in our servers to the customer, and when he approves the work, we charge the remaining 70%.
What currencies do you accept?
We charge our work in USD dollars, but we can accept the equivalent on any international currency.
What payment methods are available?
We are able to accept payments through, Credit Card, PayPal, Bank wire, and Western Union. Other payment methods may be accepted, but have to be discussed with the customer.
